New Editable Parking Information:
Parking Spaces, Ratio (calculated) and Notes can now be edited and tracked on the Property Profile Page. To add this information, click the Edit Property Details button, which will open a modal that contains the attributes that can be directly entered into the Property Profile page for each property.
Expiration Schedule Improvements
A number of improvements were rolled out on the Lease Expiration Page. The improvements are geared towards improving the existing view (that is grouped by expiration year), and allowing for greater flexibility around how the expiration data is grouped, that will be more useful for looking at the lease rollover for multi-family properties.
New Views:
- By Month - Groups all expirations by Calendar Month, allowing you to quickly and easily see the bell curve of your expirations throughout the year.
- By Year/Month - Similar to the By Year view only broken down monthly, allowing you to see your monthly exposure for the next 12, 18 or 24 months.
General Improvements:
- Leases with expiration dates that are in the past (compared to the leasing As-of Date) are now grouped into a single Bar/Table Row called "Expired". This improves the visibility of the chart and provides you with a consolidated number that represents all MTM/Past Leases that are still active in your Expiration Schedule.
Searchable Reports
Reports are now searchable in the Report Manager page, making it much easier to find a report across each of the three status buckets.
