New Market Overview Section

A Market Overview section has been added to the property profile page in the Strategy & Planning Section.  A market overview can be added for each year so you can see how market conditions change year-over-year at the asset level.  

This new section relies on user input data, so users can copy and paste market information from 3rd party sources as reference data for the property that can be housed in Waypoint.

Profile Picture Upload Enabled

Users can now add a profile photo to their Waypoint account.  The profile photo will show as an avatar where users used to see their initials.  This will make commenting, variance roles, and collaboration more personal within the application.

Users can add or update their photo via the My Profile page, which can be accessed by clicking their initials in the upper right-hand corner of the application.

Income Statement - Account History Modal

When completing variance notes, it is helpful to be able to reference performance/notes from prior periods.  Within the income statement (when viewing a single property), users can now access account history by hovering over the action icon and clicking Account History (you can do this on all accounts).  Clicking this will display an account history modal, that will dynamically populate based on the report parameters selected.

SWOT Analysis Refactor

The SWOT Analysis is now grouped by year and can be collapsed.  The layout was also updated to mirror a typical 2x2 SWOT Analysis.
