Variance Reporting
Variance Reporting is a financial reporting workflow that is driven by Variance Threshold Rules. These rules are set by your organization and can differ by property. The desired outcome of this workflow is that for each property/reporting period, all accounts that exceed the threshold rule are given an explanation via a variance note. Waypoint facilitates this process by providing all stakeholders with the tools they need to complete this workflow with as little friction as possible.
