Crosstab Improvements:

  • New Summary Configuration Added
    • This Configuration transposes the Summary Accounts fields and the Attribute, Property & Period fields.  This view is ideal for viewing financials vertically across many properties.

  • Period & Attribute can now be hidden/shown by clicking the button.  When shown, other options are accessible via the dropdown button.

Adding Property Code Throughout App

Many clients know their properties by the code and want to be able to search and reference the code throughout the application.  In this release, we added the property code to the following areas of Waypoint:

  • Property Search Tiles
  • Rent Roll
  • Leasing Summary
  • Attribute Table
 
 
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed formatting on the Lease Dates in the Rent Roll.  The timestamp made it hard to sort this data in excel, so we removed that and made it a short date.
  • Fixed the Period Column in the Financial Overview Overtime Chart Table Downloads.  It was showing "month" regardless of the selected "Display By" period.  Now, if "Quarter" or "Year" is selected, the export will show the corresponding Quarter or Year.
